Sarah Hallam has an essence of Meryl Streep, Paula Malcomson and Julianne Moore. Her fair features allow her to work on period stories as well as contemporary. Sarah connects to a raw deep emotional range and excels in vulnerability and strength in female roles. Sarah was born for Comedy and understands comic timing and critics have praised her” dynamic stage presence”. 

Sarah won awards for her lead role in The Funeral at the 1 Shot Film Festival in Florida 2019 and it won the Best Picture Festival in Rome 2019.

Her recent TV highlights include series regular ‘Hutch’ in Foxtel’s Wentworth, portraying the real “Ann Jenner” in Stan/9 Warnie; Family Lawyer “Pia Nash” in Neighbours and working on NBC TV Series LaBrea Season 1 & 2. 

Sarah loves health and fitness and excels in sports; she is skilled and experienced in doing stunt work both on screen and stage.

To hone her craft Sarah has trained with internationally renowned coaches in Australia/America which have included Howard Fine, Kim Farrant, John Hindman, Ivanna Chubbuck, Jackie Diamond, Kim Krejus; as well as Alexander Technique Experts and Voice & Singing Coach David Coury. Sarah was hand-picked by Howard Fine to train and teach his acting technique in Australia.
